Organic Eggplant Seedling

Eggplants (often called Garden Eggs locally) are a rewarding addition to the home garden. They produce beautiful purple flowers followed by heavy, versatile fruits that are a staple in many Gambian dishes.

Planting Tip: Eggplants are heavy feeders. Give them plenty of organic compost and ensure they have enough space to grow bushy. Space these seedlings about 45cm to 60cm apart for the best airflow and fruit production.
